General Information
All clients are required to provide their contact information to secure an appointment.
A comprehensive medical history must be completed during the initial appointment to ensure optimal treatment plans and results.
New patients must undergo a consultation before any treatment is administered. Treatment may be provided at the discretion of the practitioner during the initial visit.
All client information is confidential and protected in accordance with data protection regulations and legislation. We do not share any client information with third parties, and you will not receive any unwanted communications from us.
At JustFeel Healthcare, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to receive your chosen treatment on the day of your appointment. There are numerous factors that might prevent same-day treatment, including overfilled lips, medication interactions, nerve issues, scar tissue, allergies, immunosuppressants, ongoing medical conditions, and more – if you are unsure, please get in touch first prior to making a booking. A thorough assessment by a qualified aesthetics clinician is necessary to determine the most appropriate treatment plan and ensure the desired outcome.
Occasionally, we must defer treatment following the consultation due to undisclosed medical conditions, previously omitted information, or poorly placed fillers from another practice. These issues can only be identified during the consultation process. While we strive to provide comprehensive pre-treatment information, it is impossible to cover every potential obstacle in advance. The consultation is essential for assessing suitability, reviewing medical history, and obtaining informed consent.
Most patients inform us of any concurrent treatments, medications, or potential conflicts prior to their appointment. It is your responsibility to notify us of any ongoing medical issues, aside from contraceptive use. We can work with existing fillers, provided they are properly placed and smooth. If not, we may need to dissolve them first to ensure optimal results.
Botox
As Botox is a Prescription Only Medication, a thorough medical consultation and a prescription from a suitable prescriber are required before any treatment can be administered.
Late Arrivals
We understand that your schedule may sometimes cause delays. If you anticipate being late, please notify us by phone. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be rescheduled or given to another client. If we are able to accommodate your late arrival, we may not be able to complete the full service you booked.
Cancellation Policy
We strive to be as flexible as possible with appointment cancellations. If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide at least 72 hours notice. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
If you do not attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, your deposit will not be refunded.
Follow-up appointments after Anti-Wrinkle injections are provided free of charge for two weeks after the initial treatment. However, no top-up will be available if you fail to attend your review appointment 2 weeks after treatment.
Please inform us if you are feeling unwell on the day of your appointment, as many treatments are contraindicated if you are experiencing certain conditions such as cold sores, skin infections, or colds.
We reserve the right to refuse treatment at any time if the medical professional believes it is not in the patient’s best interest or if the treatment is deemed unsuitable.
Children & Young Persons
No treatment will be provided to individuals under the age of 18. Photographic ID must be presented at all appointments.
Please refrain from bringing children to the clinic unless they are old enough to be left unattended.
Refunds
Our fees cover the delivery of treatment and associated services, including consultation, candidate selection, information and advice, safe treatment with suitable products, support, advice on aftercare, and follow-up appointments if necessary.
While we endeavour to provide excellent service and prioritize our patients’ interests, we cannot guarantee specific results. Therefore, we do not offer refunds if the achieved results do not meet your expectations.

We collect and store any information you provide to us, such as your name, email address, and purchase history, in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
Your personal information is used solely for the purposes stated and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
